The CEPI dossier on the AVMS Directive reform

The CEPI dossier on the AVMS Directive reform was the subject of an informal meeting with the Commission and is constantly updated thanks to an open debate among the Board, CEPI members and other international players.

Among the main proposals to modify the Directive: greater flexibility in the regulation of advertising (product placement, sponsorships), promotion of European works (20% share and prominent for EU works in VOD service catalogs), alignment of linear and non-linear services rules, child protection.
