Joint Position Paper on the European Media Freedom Act
In line with what has been highlighted at the European and national level, APA through CEPI has signed a paper highlighting some of the risks of the Media Freedom Proposal (“EMFA”), which, with the shared goal of ensuring independence and pluralism, risks overlaps with the AVMS directive and consequent legal uncertainty.
