As part of the Conference “The 411s letter and the protection of the principle of territorial exclusivity for the audiovisual sector at a European level” held at the headquarters of the European Parliament in Milan, APT General Manager Chiara Sbarigia intervened emphasizing the risks of the proposed regulation and in particular those concerning the extension of the territoriality principle and its impact on the Italian and European audiovisual production model.
